Terms and Conditions
Please read this before buying anything!
Please take a few minutes of your time to read this before purchasing or anything! Thank you ♥ .
1. Perfectly Pink is a shop only for SERIOUS buyers.
2. Once you paid, you may not get a refund.
If your item happens to be out of stock, we will inform you and we will show you other lenses which is the same value as the one you have ordered or refund the money. Other than that, you CANNOT cancel your order once the payment is transferred.
3. Buyers must provide the shipping fees themselves unless there is a promotion going on that says shipping is free. (When there is a promo going on, the free shipping that is being offerred is regular mail) Shipping is $5 for 2 pairs and an additional $1.50 for any others.
4. If your package happens to get loss during delivery it is NOT our responsibility but the shipping company's responsibility. We make sure 100% that the packages are sealed and wrapped well before sending it out.
5. Contact lenses are all pre-order as well with clothing. It will be noted if it is not a pre-order.
6. We do not accept exhanges because everyone has their own prescriptions so please check over your order carefully before placing it. If it is needed, the items must be at it's original state and a charge of $3.00 for every item you are exchanging will be placed. Item also must be received in one week.
7. There are multiple types of payment. Paypal with fees, paypal through gift option, concealed cash (at your own risk), and meet-ups. Paypal is much preferred since it is the safest way. Meet ups only qualify for people who live around the area. You will be notified if you qualify.
8. Please do not waste our time. If payment is not in by 3 days after submitting your form you will be BLACKLISTED unless you let us know or cancel your order. Please kindly let us know if you are not interested anymore. Thank you.
9. We promise to show you proof that we shipped your packages. Pictures of your package will be taken and sent to you.
10. Non negotiable.
11. If there are any questions about the products, please do not be afraid to ask us anything.
12. No payment, no order. We do not reserve lens for anyone unless you have paid.
13. Returns are not accepted. We will check on the lenses and make sure everything in perfect condition before ship out. Any damages occur during delivery process is not our responsibility as we have already do our best to protect the vials (lenses) with a piece of paper and bubble wrap and it is carried out by shipping company. If any damage was found, please complaint to post office and there is nothing that we could do. Also, do always check on condition of the lenses BEFORE you open them. Once opened, it considers not returnable/exchangeable.
Reminder: We have no problem with the contact lenses. If your eyes are sensitive one, please do not choose those which are lower in water content. We will not exchange a new pair or refund you if your eyes are sensitive or allergic to the contact lenses.
14. Disclaimer.
By ordering on this site, you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. We are not liable for any discomfort, infections or injuries caused by contact lens wear. Prior to ordering, please seek attention from your optometrist regarding the prescriptions and health conditions of your eye.
Reminder: Change your lens case every 3 months. And some lenses are extremely soft, please handle them with care as they are easily to get ripped off.

Shipping and Payments
Prices for shipping~
Shipping Rates:
[INTERNATIONAL] $5 for the first 2 pairs.
Add $1.50 for every additional pair.
[USA} $3 for the first 2 pairs.
Add $1.00 for every additional pair.
For TiffanyExpress this is the same as meetup but it is faster.
Prices are:
$2 flat for circle lens. You can order as much as you want it'll be $2 flat.
Clothing's and etc will be more because it's heavier and she'll have to delivery it.
Please note that we are NOT responsible for any damage or loss in delivery. Complaints should go to the post office if anything has happened to the package once we send it out. We make sure that everything is 100% wrapped well and packaged well before shipping it.
You can waive the paypal fees by sending the money through the gift option through the "Personal" tab.
If you plan to pay with paypal without the gift option, you have to pay the paypal fees which will be calculated for you.
You can send in the payment through concealed cash as well but this will be at your own risk. You must conceal the cash very well and make sure it is sealed well. If the money happens to get lost in mail or during transit, it is not our fault. It is preferred if you can send it through paypal for safety reasons. We only accept bills, no coins please. Thank you!
Pick ups and meet ups can be dealt with if you live around the area and we will notify you if you live around the area or not when we see your address. With this you may void the shipping fees.
